OceanSix Magnesium is a perfectly balanced blend of magnesium salts to accurately resemble the magnesium ion ratio of natural seawater. Magnesium is essential for the correct uptake of alkalinity and calcium by corals. Severely low levels of magnesium can also cause a dramatic drop in pH as well as an inability to maintain the required level of calcium. Suitable for all marine reef aquariums and is safe for all corals and invertebrates. Does not contain any phosphates or ammonia. Directions
Use 1 level measuring spoon per 100L of total aquarium water volume weekly. Dissolve in at least 500ml of RO/DI water. The ideal magnesium level should be in the range of 1200-1350 ppm. Test your magnesium level regularly and adjust your dosage to the ideal range.
